PDL Technician
The objective of the course is to train a professional figure who can provide support and maintenance to all computer systems and hardware, including installing, configuring and updating hardware and software, as well as solving any problems related to equipment

- Fundamentals and introduction of IT concepts: information systems and the evolution and integration with business systems
- Hardware and software: major hardware configurations and components
- Managing a computer system: how to configure operating systems
- Introduction to IMAC and PDL operating systems: MiddleWare Software, configuration and installation methods
- Network and security: use of networks and related protocols and major network services
- Cybersecurity: main aspects of cybersecurity and their management
- Ticket Management
- HW-SW troubleshooting management software
- Software for troubleshooting network access issues via VPN and/or physical infrastructure
- Vertical applications
- Application bug fix software
- Antivirus
- Monitoring and resolving issues related to viruses and security
- Service Management
- ITSM proceduresmanagement, incident resolution, request and task
- IMAC management: rollout procedures and lifecycle management of an IMAC
- SCCM
- Using the platform for remote software installation and patching, massive deployments
- Knowledge of applications and platforms
- Remedy for HW-SW troubleshooting management with escalation procedures and SLA monitoring
- Detailed procedure for installing a PDL
- Fids
- HW monitor Fids repair and configurations, multimedia content update

- Troubleshooting iOS and Android mobile devices
The skills you will acquire:
The skills to be developed during this course will primarily be the ability to create, develop and implement various types of networks. Gain an excellent understanding of security systems and various communication protocols and how networks work. Master knowledge in Cyber Security and Data Protection-useful for managing sensitive data contained in corporate databases and which must necessarily remain confidential. Finally, master teamworking skills, willingness to listen, flexibility and problem solving.
