Aver ottenuto la Certificazione UNI/PdR 125:2022 rappresenta il riconoscimento di quanto fatto negli anni per la creazione di un ambiente di lavoro equo e solidale.
Nonostante ciò, continueremo a intensificare i nostri sforzi, per un futuro più equo e più giusto possibile.
Adottiamo uno standard internazionale di responsabilità sociale certificato SA8000:2014, che definisce requisiti per la tutela dei diritti dei lavoratori e delle condizioni etiche di lavoro. Questa certificazione conferma il nostro impegno verso il rispetto delle normative sul lavoro, la sicurezza dei dipendenti e la sostenibilità sociale. Attraverso controlli periodici e miglioramento continuo, promuoviamo un ambiente lavorativo responsabile e trasparente.
Il Decreto Legislativo n. 231 del 2001 ha introdotto nell’ordinamento italiano la responsabilità amministrativa delle Società per determinati reati commessi dai dipendenti, nell’interesse e a vantaggio delle Società stesse, con conseguenti sanzioni pecuniarie e interdittive a carico delle Società. Tuttavia, il Decreto prevede per le Società l’esenzione da tale responsabilità qualora dimostrino di avere:
a) adottato efficacemente ed efficientemente un Modello di controllo interno atto a prevenire le forme di reato previste;
b) affidato ad un organismo (Organismo di Vigilanza) dotato di autonomi poteri di iniziativa e di controllo il compito di vigilare sul funzionamento e l’osservanza dei Modelli e di curarne il loro aggiornamento.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Netgroup ha adottato il Modello e nominato un Organismo di Vigilanza previsto dal D.lgs. n. 231/2001, organo collegiale formato da due componenti esterni, un esperto in diritto penale dell’impresa e un esperto in materia informatica.
L’Organismo di Vigilanza, dotato dei necessari requisiti di competenza, indipendenza e autonomia, cura l’aggiornamento del Modello 231 rispetto al panorama normativo vigente e alla struttura organizzativa interna, vigila sull’adeguatezza del Modello 231 e sulla sua concreta attuazione.

Netgroup has successfully obtained this prestigious certification, demonstrating compliance with the rigorous cyber resilience criteria established by ENISA.
In addition, this recognition enshrines Netgroup’s compliance with fundamental administrative and technical requirements, including product security and data protection.
