Netgroup Whistleblowing

Netgroup S.p.A. has equipped itself with a computerized whistleblowing management system, which allows potential violations to be reported to the company either completely anonymously or confidentially (at the whistleblower’s discretion), providing protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination. In line with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption System and the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, alternative reporting channels via e-mail or regular mail are also available.

Everyone has the opportunity to contact Netgroup S.p.A. : employees, suppliers, consultants or, more generally, stakeholders in the Group. Netgroup S.p.A. ensures the analysis of all reports received and the collection of objective elements aimed at the adoption of measures to correct the violations that have emerged. The reporter will always be informed of the outcome of the investigation into what he or she reported.

The results of the analyses are also reported to the company’s governance and control bodies, including, for competence, the Supervisory Board.

The top management of the organization ensures the anonymity of the communication and invites you, with reference to each object put forward, to formulate clear sentences that promote understanding of the contents.

Should the communication refer to any pathological aspects of the organization’s operation such as “violations” or “risks,” please provide:

• the exact references and/or concordant elements, to enable us to take timely action;
• indications of people who could provide additional information or confirm the claims made.
