I believe the Academy is a formative experience from every point of view. Regardless of your background, it provides the opportunity to learn interesting and useful IT concepts in an innovative and smart way. Beyond the lessons, the focus is primarily on group work, technical roundtables, and debates. At the same time, the Academy allows you to create bonds that go beyond the corporate environment, both with your future colleagues and with managers.

My journey in the IT world began in March 2022 with the "Pink" edition of the Netgroup Academy. This experience confirmed for me how, among the company's daily commitments, there is a concrete desire to promote and enhance the female presence: an aspect that is still not taken for granted in the IT sector.
The Academy provided us—and I take the liberty of using the plural—with concrete skills and tools to enter the sector with discipline and method, allowing us to face technological evolution and contribute to reducing the gender gap that still characterizes this field.
