One of the cheapest accommodation types in Britain is the so called Bed and Breakfast, or B&B.
People who have a spare room in their house usually host people for short or long stays, and price
include traditional English breakfast. It's very common to see B&Bs if you walk in the countryside,
but htere are some in central London as well. Considered there are so many and are run by private families, it is difficult to provide a list of addresses. Anyway, there are certain organizations that can book a B&B for you. The most famouse and reliable is probably Thomas Cook.

You can book it directly when you arrive in London at their branch of Victoria or Gatwick.
